Monthly Photography Contest

Let’s get some competition going!

Each month will be a different theme.

  • April—Bring your best photo to Achievement Day!

Photos can be:

  • Printed for pick up at club meetings
  • Email to kallbritton@agcenter.lsu.edu
  • Text to 318-201-6180

Photos will be judged: 1st, 2nd, 3rd


4-H Cookery Contest

Dec. 13, 2026 1:30pm 4-H Office & Methodist Church

Dishes must be prepared the night before. MUST be cold to the touch, ON

ICE, and in an ice chest (no insulated totes).

You may enter as many categories as you like.

Divisions: Rice Main Dish, Rice Any Other, Pecan, Sweet Potato, Egg, Chicken,

Quick & Easy Ground Beef, Main Dish Beef, Corn

Cookery Contestants: Please take your dishes to the back door of the Methodist

Church (right beside the 4-H office). Someone will be checking your dishes and

then showing you where to place your dishes. Parents may help you get your ice

chest into the church but the contestant is responsible for placing the dish and

adding any garnishes.


Junior Leader Club

7th-12th grades

Join the club for only a $10 fee. You will learn how to become a better leader in your school, club, and community. Meetings are held once a month in the 4-H Office.
