This issue of The Stately Oak arrives at a pivotal moment, as we launch our new strategic plan — a bold road map that will guide our research, extension and teaching missions over the next five years. In this issue, you’ll meet some of those outstanding faculty, students, leaders, scholars and global citizens whose achievements inspire us all. Whether studying abroad, conducting research or serving their communities, they embody the excellence we strive for every day.
