LaHouse Research and Education Center partners with Smart Home America

The one-hour course includes:

  • Elements of different FORTIFIED Classifications
  • Benefits of FORTIFIED, based on tests and real storm data
  • Insurance discount legislation

The two-hour course includes:

  • Elements of different FORTIFIED Classifications
  • Benefits of FORTIFIED, based on tests and real storm data
  • Insurance discount legislation
  • Flood risk basics
  • NFIP policy information (coverage and available discounts)

These trainings are approved for the corresponding amount of CEU's for Agents, Adjusters, Builders, and Roofers.

Who should attend:

Agents, Adjusters, Contractors, Homeowners, anyone interested in learning more about these programs

Location: LaHouse Research and Education Center; 3622 Gourrier Ave. Baton Rouge, La.
