Rosy Williams Bromell

Rosy Williams.jpg thumbnailRosy Williams Bromell’s lifelong dedication to Louisiana 4-H spans from her membership in 1956 to her continued volunteer service today. A former 4-H club leader, she has served on the Lincoln Parish 4-H Foundation since 2016 and the Louisiana 4-H Foundation Board for a decade, including two years as chair. Her contributions include securing funding for the Multi-Purpose Building at Grant Walker Educational Center and launching the Youth Booth Project with the Ruston Farmers Market. Through her business and personal philanthropy, Rosy supports scholarships, camp participation, and awards. She’s also deeply involved in civic and professional organizations, including serving on tourism, judicial, and community service boards. Her work has earned numerous accolades, including the 4-H Alumni Recognition Award and the City of Ruston’s Volunteer of the Year. Rosy’s passion for 4-H and commitment to youth development have made her an invaluable leader and role model across Lincoln Parish and beyond.
