Amy Magee’s 30+ years of service to Jackson Parish 4-H has elevated every aspect of the program. A former 4-H parent and now grandparent, she leads as President of the Jackson Parish 4-H Foundation and is a three-term member of the Jackson Parish Police Jury. Amy’s impact includes spearheading financial literacy lessons for Junior Leaders, securing event prizes, and serving as a dedicated contest judge. She organized the Friends of Jackson Parish 4-H Banquet, raising over $30,000 to support transportation and participation in statewide events. Her involvement with the Pledge 10 Grant program brought more than $25,000 in funding to 4-H and surrounding areas. Amy also revitalized the parish livestock club and volunteers for numerous community initiatives. Her consistent leadership, generous spirit, and unmatched commitment to youth development make Amy a cornerstone of Jackson Parish 4-H and a model for civic engagement.
