
This BPI Certification training course prepares Building Analyst Technicians to analyze the data collected from the residential building assessment. Participants will learn how to put that information into an auditing software, calculate the value of retrofits, and develop a work scope that is financially responsible with the data their assessments have provided.
Candidates must have a current and valid Building Analyst Technician certificate in order to take this exam. Interested participants should contact the instructor, Pam Lewandowski, at plewandowski@agcenter.lsu.edu with their BPI number to verify their eligibility prior to registering.
Energy efficiency professionals, professionals involved with construction or retrofitting, private contractors, and home inspectors.
Certification: This certification is provided through Building Performance Institute (BPI) and is a nationally recognized certification.

Class is held from 8:30-4:30 in the Teaching Center of LaHouse Resource Center, located on 3622 Gourrier Ave., Baton Rouge, La. 70820 (directly across from LSU Alex Box Baseball Stadium) or online in a Teams Meeting if the session is online.
Cost:
$800 per person
All fees must be received and cleared prior to the start of class or attendance will not be allowed. There are no refunds; all sales are final. Course date may be changed once for a fee of $20.
