Homeowner Course: Home Maintenance Basics

Come learn about regular home maintenance and routines that can help improve your home's efficiency and safety.

This training program and the class fee include:

  • 2-hour training that covers regular home maintenance routines
  • Health and safety concerns that can be fixed with ease and some that require more attention (moisture, CO, asthma triggers)
  • DIY project tips (cleaning coils, sealing ducts/holes)
  • Hands on practice (sealants, patching drywall)

Cost: $50 registration fee (includes materials for hands-on practice)
All fees must be received and cleared prior to the start of class. Registration should be complete one week prior to class in order to prep practice materials. There are no refunds. Class size is limited.
