Life Skills: First Aid

Everyone should know basic first aid techniques because accidents can happen to anyone at any time. The more prepared you are for an accident, the more you will be able to help a person in need or help yourself, if that's the case. Having a well-stocked first aid kit is also very important and should be part of every household.

Healthy Living: Challenge Your Inner Critic

You know that inner voice that loves to point out everything that isn't so great? Try to notice when it takes control of your mood. Sometimes it has a good point and is letting you know about something that needs your attention. But other times, it's wrong, or it makes things seem worse than they are. When this happens, ask yourself, "Is this true?"
