Clover Exploration: Unlocking Your Potential is a workforce readiness program open to youth in St. John Parish in grades 7th—12th during the 2024-25 school year. This program has been designed to give teens opportunities to,

  • Increase their soft skills
  • Increase chances of securing a job and maintaining the position and
  • Increase knowledge of available career options within Louisiana

Through a series of workforce readiness workshops and field trips, the youth will have the opportunity to learn about potential career opportunities and network with industry leaders.

How Long is this Program?

This program will kick off September 7, 2024, until April 2025. Youth will participate in monthly workshops, and there are four (4) dates for field trip opportunities.

Who Can Participate?

This program is open to youth in St. John Parish in grades 7 - 12 during the 2024-25 school year. Youth do not have to be previously enrolled in 4-H to participate; however, since we will be going on multiple field trips, by signing up, we will enroll you as a 4-H member for insurance purposes.

How Much Does it Cost & Where to Sign Up?

This program registration is $50, which includes four (4) field trips, a program shirt, and seven (7) workshops. Youth may have to purchase meals on the field trips.
