(05/31/24) BATON ROUGE, La. — The Jones Creek Library on 6222 Jones Creek Road, will host a different type of program for the East Baton Rouge Master Gardeners on Thursday, June 20, at 6:30 p.m.
Have you always wanted to grab a cutting from your mom’s or neighbor’s yards, or even the side of the road and see if you could get it to grow? This program will show you exactly how to do it.
Cheri Fasy will describe the many ways plants are propagated, and she will be assisted by several fellow Master Gardeners who will demonstrate the processes.
There are many different techniques that can be used, and Fasy will teach you how to do it. If time allows, you may also be able to try your hand at propagating a plant or two.
This program is free and open to the public and, as always, there will be door prizes given away.
