Charles Dill's extensive dedication spans two decades of service to Vermilion Parish and beyond. For 20 years, he's been a pivotal figure in youth development as a 4-H volunteer. His leadership led to the establishment of the 4-H Shooting Sports Project Club in 2006, now boasting 160 active members under his guidance as parish Coordinator. Beyond 4-H, Dill's philanthropy extends to CASA: Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children, the Boy Scouts, and more. He chaired the Louisiana State 4-H Foundation Board from 2014 to 2016, demonstrating his commitment to youth. Dill generously sponsors events like the Annual Outstanding Member Banquet and Jr. Leadership award, raising significant funds for youth initiatives. Retired as Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Air Force and former Field Operations Supervisor with the U.S. Border Patrol, Dill's professional expertise enriches Vermilion Parish. His leadership roles in local committees reflect his dedication to service and advocacy, leaving a lasting impact on youth and community development.
