Sweet potato crop looks promising despite difficult growing conditions

(Video 09/08/23) Irrigation was a lifeline for most of Louisiana’s sweet potato farmers. As harvest approaches, most growers think they have a decent crop, and they may soon have a new variety in their toolbox. LSU AgCenter correspondent Craig Gautreaux has this report from Richland Parish.
