Art Club
This club is open to all 4-H members 12 years of age and up. Youth will be introduced to the elements and principles of art as well as related hobbies and careers through monthly hands-on activities and projects based on various artists works and art movements. Participants will get a light art history as well as an immersive art experience each month geared to develop their knowledge of art history, the elements and principles of art, art movements, art styles, techniques, mediums, and application of art in their daily lives through hobbies, careers, and entertainment. Accomplished artist as well as non-artist with an interest in developing skills are welcome.
Participants will complete both individual and group pieces and completed works will be displayed for public viewing at an art show in Crowley.
Registration for this club will open on September 23, 2024 through 4HOnline.Spots are limited and will be reserved with completed registration and payment! In order to register for this club, you must be an approved 4-H member.
Cost to join this club is $30 (non-refundable).
Meetings will be held at the 4-H Office at 5:00 PM.
