Mild weather gets crawfish growing to market size early

(Video 01/14/22) Above-average temperatures in November and December have helped Louisiana’s crawfish season get off to an early start. The market has an ample supply for consumers to enjoy, especially for the month of January. LSU AgCenter correspondent Craig Gautreaux has this report from southwest Louisiana.
