Join the Camp Grant Walker Educational Center staff at an overnight camp called "Outdoor Olympics!" This overnight camping experience will focus on topics including healthy living, fitness, youth mental health, and nutrition. Participating youth will form teams and compete in an Olympic-themed assortment of fun and active lessons and recreational activities.
Registration/Eligibility
This statewide camp is open to all current 7th and 8th grade 4-H members. The cost to attend is $60 and a total of 30 campers will be allowed to participate in this overnight camp. Youth will need to be dropped off by a parent/guardian or another approved adult, which can be indicated on the registration form. Drop-off will be from 4:30 p.m.. - 6:30 p.m. on Friday, November 12, and pick-up will be at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 13. Registration is open from October 1 - November 1.
