About the Program

Participants learn healthful nutritional practices, how to incorporate physical activity into their daily lives, skills to better manage food resources, and food safety recommendations in these 30 minute lessons. This 6-series program provides you with the tools necessary to help meet your health goals.

  • Healthful eating & meal planning
  • Managing your food dollars
  • Being physically active your way
  • Keeping your food safe


The cost is free to attend and is first come, first serve.

Our trained area nutrition agents are available to come on-site or virtually to teach your clientele or employees. Please click here to pre-register your group. One of our nutrition agents will contact you about scheduling a date and time.
