2 Make a Difference with Sylvia Weatherspoon is recognizing people
in the community who are helping to make a difference in the fight against the coronavirus. Layne Langley recently submitted members of the Port Vincent volunteers for family and community in Livingston Parish. These volunteers sewed face masks for 8 to 10
hours each day and that includes washing, ironing, cutting, assembling, and sewing
the fabric. Since March 21st, they have made about 1800. The masks
are donated to several clinics.
