After Hours Arborist & Green Industry Classes (online only)

After Hours Arborist & Green Industry classes are a new opportunity for Louisiana licensed arborists and other green industry workers to increase their technical knowledge and skills. LSU AgCenter offers After Hours classes online for your convenience during the current pandemic.

Each After Hours class covers a fundamental topic in tree care (based on Lily, S. 2010. Arborist Certification Study Guide) and other ISA publications. Classes meet for four, 2-hour evening sessions over a four week period (total of 8 instruction hours/class). After Hours classes are open to any adult, but participants must attend all sessions to be eligible to earn Louisiana Licensed Arborist continuing education credits (CEUs) or ISA CEUs.

Tree Biology — Mondays 6-8 pm: September 7, 14, 21 & 28. $120

Tree ID — Mondays 6-8 pm:October 5, 12, 19 & 26. $120

Soils —Mondays 6-8 pm: November 2, 9, 16 & 23. $120
