The Louisiana 4-H State Leadership Boards assist with the development of educational programs that provide opportunities for advocacy, leadership, and youth voice on a statewide level.
Applicants must be currently enrolled in 4-H and classified in the 9th - 12th grade for the year that they serve. See the application for more details.
All applications will be submitted online. Below is the application in paper form. This is just to be used as a guide. Paper applications will not be accepted.
It is recommended that you answer the questions in a word processor. You can then copy/upload into the online submission portal. You can not save and return later to the online portal. Please read all instructions in the application and online submission portal before submitting.
If you are interested in applying for a state board, contact your local 4-H Agent for approval. Applicants need to check with their parish agent before applying. Parish agents have to approve all applications and might have a deadline prior to May 6th.
The state application deadline is May 6, 2019 by 4:30 pm through the online system.
