Ultraviolet light could extend shelf life of food and reduce waste

(Video 12/10/18) Food waste is a major problem facing today’s society. LSU AgCenter food scientists are working on ways to extend the shelf life of food products, which will help reduce waste. LSU AgCenter reporter Craig Gautreaux has the story from the LSU campus.
