This recipe is very nutritious and delicious and helps with prevention of diseases. The fruit are high in postassium , fiber, vitamin A and vitamin C.
1 cup green grapes
1 cup sliced bananas (Add a little orange juice to keep them from browning.)
1 cup strawberries
1 cup mango
1 cup blackberries
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
