Cricket spitting contest informs people the nutritional value of insects

(Video 11/07/18) In an effort to ignite interest in insects, the LSU Entomology Club held a cricket spitting contest, which was sponsored by Fluker Farms, one of the nation’s largest cricket producers. Contestants lined up for the chance to win prizes and learn about the nutritional value of insects.
