The School of Animal Sciences welcomes a new Assitant Professor to the Faculty

On July 1, 2017 the LSU AgCenter School of Animal Sciences welcomed a new Assistant Professor to the Faculty. Dr. Erin Oberhaus started out earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness at Southeast Missouri State University. She went on to earn a Master’s of Science in Animal Science, from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Early 2017 she completed the requirements to earn a PhD from Louisiana State University.

Dr. Oberhaus’ research focuses on equine reproductive physiology and endocrinology, particularly during seasonal anestrus.
