The School of Animal Sciences welcomes a new Instructor to the Faculty

On May 1, 2017 the LSU AgCenter School of Animal Sciences welcomed a new Instructor to the Faculty. Crystal Ahrens earned her Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Arkansas in 2011. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Agriculture from Tarleton State University in 2013. She spent two years as an Animal Science Instructor for Garden City Community College and Eastern Oklahoma State College.

Crystal, 4-H youth development livestock specialist, will be a resource for 4-H agents working with youth on animal projects and teach undergraduate courses.
