1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey 1 package taco seasoning ¾ cup water 1 head lettuce, chopped 1 tomato, diced 8 oz. Cheddar cheese (1/2 lb.) Taco sauce (optional) |
1. Brown ground meat. Drain excess fat. Season meat with taco mix and water according to package directions. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve. |
