INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

8 slices whole wheat bread

8 tablespoons peanut butter (1/2 cup)

4 tablespoons jelly

1. Spread 2 tablepoons peanut butter and 1 tablespoon jelly on each of 4 slices of bread. Top with the other slice of bread.

2. Makes 4 sandwiches.
