8 slices whole wheat bread

8 oz (1/2 lb) cooked leftover meat (chicken, turkey, roast, etc.)

4 slices tomato

Lettuce, mustard and horseradish as needed.

1. Prepare sandwiches with 2 oz meat, 1 slice tomato and lettuce per sandwich. Add mustard and horseradish as desired. If desired, toast in an oven or use a sandwich press.

2. Makes 4 sandwiches.
