Annrose Guarino, PhD, RD: Her research interests are community nutrition, food security, literacy, distance education training and developing outreach materials.

Michael Keenan, PhD : His research interest is in the area of dietary intervention for obesity prevention using rodent models. He is also interested in proteomics and metabolomics.

Carol Lammi Keefe, PhD: Her primary research focus is currently in the area of essential fatty acid status of women during pregnancy and of newborns, with a particular interest in docosahexaenoic acid.

Roy Martin
, PhD: His research interest is in the area of glucose sensing by the brain, using rodent models.

Ellen Murphy, PhD: Her area of interest is in community education and outreach, particularly in children.

Carol O'Neil, PhD: Her research interests are community nutrition and food security.

Heli Roy, PhD, RD: Her research interests are body composition, energy expenditure, community nutrition and nutrition education.

Georgianna Tuuri, PhD, RD: Her research interest is in the area of physical activity and body composition.

Richard Tulley, PhD: His research interests are laboratary assessment of nutritional status, proteomics, metabolomics and genomics.
