Peel-and-stick Membrane Underlayments for Tile Roofs

Adhesive membranes provide a long-lasting, high-performance underlayment for a long-lasting tile roof.

OSB roof decking should be primed to ensure a strong bond of membrane to the OSB.

Tile over the Grace Ice and Water Shield membrane will be mechanically fastened with screws and hurricane clips for 130 mph wind resistance. Priming is not needed with plywood roof decking and mechanical tile attachment.

Protecto Wrap Rainproof 60 membrane and primer provide very high adhesion for tile that will be installed with foam adhesive system (Polyfoam) for 140-150 mph wind resistance.

Peel-and-stick membrane roof underlayments provide the most secure secondary water barrier -- for protection from leaks and wind-damaged roofing.
