The 2007 Master Gardeners are well prepared for the upcoming year as volunteer horticulture educators. After seventeen - three hour long classes, three horticulture tours and one major final exam, they graduated on Thursday, November 1, 2007. Diplomas and nametags were presented to twenty-six St. Tammany Parish residents by the LSU Ag Center, Louisiana Master Gardener Director, Bob Souvestre.
The 2007 St. Tammany Master Gardener graduates include: Aldie Jacobs, Barbara Griggs, Barbara Henry, Catherine Roberts, Charlie Clark, Cheryl Lockhart, Cynthia Sicard, Deborah Bowman, Don Hames, Betsy Tarkington, Gaynell Molinet, Gwynneth Quinn, Isabelle Moore, Janice Binnings, Joycelyn O’Shaughnessy, Judy Wood, Kandi Broom, Libby Maricelli, Martha Gruning, Nancy Berulis, Phyllis Morgan, Robert Santopadre, Bob Stroud, Sheila Maddox, Terry Farrar, and Terri Weisheit.
