PROJECT BOOKS & PORTFOLIOS
The 4-H project workbooks that you chose at the beginning of the year are due soon.
¨ 4th and 5th graders are expected to submit their completed project workbook.
¨ 6-12 graders must also complete a separate booklet called “4-H Portfolio” and submit it along with their completed project book.
The 4-H portfolios will be handed out at this month’s club meeting. You may also find the document on our website. Filling out a 4-H Portfolio may not seem like fun, but if you do a good job you may win - parish winners get to compete at the state level for trips and prizes.
Portfolios are a very important part of 4-H work. By turning in a portfolio, you can consider your project complete and have a record of everything you have done throughout the year.
Plan to turn your project books in to your local leader at school. All books are due at the 4-H Office by TUESDAY, MARCH 1, 2016.
