Adult Male Resident Assistant (Summer Only)
WORK LOCATION: Grant Walker 4-H Educational Center is located in Pollock, Louisiana.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: This individual will assist 4-H agents as a male adult chaperone in a bunkhouse cabin to no more than 52 male youth during rest time and night time. This person will engage with youth ages 9-12, in a camp setting and provide safe supervision of youth during track and recreation times. This person will support 4-H professionals, volunteers, and members and conduct meaningful educational experiences and help youth develop social skills. Works under the supervision of the Camp Director, and Associate Vice Chancellor and 4-H Program Leader. This person will implement all policies and procedures of the LSU AgCenter and the Louisiana 4-H Youth Development Program.

SALARY: Salary will commensurate with experience. Candidate must complete an employee background check and be approved by LSU AgCenter Human Resource Management.
DATE AVAILABLE: Camp session will last approximately nine weeks. Staff will begin work on Monday, May 21, 2018, and end July 27, 2018. The camp will not be in session the week of June 18-22, 2018. The required training period will be the week of May 14-18, 2018.
