The LSU AgCenter Cooperative Extension Service is offering Dining With Diabetes, a series of classes designed to help adults at risk for type 2 diabetes, who are pre-diabetic or who have diabetes, and their families/caregivers learn how to manage their condition through menu planning, carbohydrate counting, portion control, and label reading. Participants will have the opportunity to sample healthful foods using the concepts taught in class. See the flyer on this page for more information on dates, times, cost, and registration.
