4-H Summer Camp is more than just fun and games. 4-H Camp strives to develop a variety of life skills related to Head, Heart, Hands, and Health.
Camping is one of the most valuable experiences a child can have. It's a learning experience that helps boys and girls appreciate the outdoors, live different interests and backgrounds.
LaSalle 4-H'ers will attend 4-H Camp on July 11-15, 2016. Cost to attend is $175. A non-refundable deposit of $75 is due by April 18. Remaining balance is due by June 15. Limited spaces available, so register early!
Campers will participate in one of six tracks: Water Safety, Food & Fitness, Get Ready, get SET, Outdoor Adventures, Wetlands, The Artist Within, & Hunter Safety Certification.
Campers will also have the opportunity to participate in team-building activities, creating handcrafted items, visiting with friends, shopping for souvenirs in the camp store, archery, swimming and recreational time. Evening programs are fun and filled with skits, talent shows, vespers, dances and special guests.
