4-H Key Club Award

The 4-H Key Club award recognizes 4-H Club members who have shown outstanding leadership ability in their club and in their parish.  The lifetime membership in this honorary club is based on a scorecard, which measures project growth, leadership and participation in parish and state 4-H activities. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age by Dec. 1, 2011.

Application forms may be obtained from a 4-H agent or printed from the Louisiana 4-H site.  Applications must be submitted by Dec. 7, 2011 to the St. Landry Parish Extension Office.
