Like all other 4-H projects, 4-H Cloverbuds involve youth in hands-on learning in a fun informal group setting. 4-H Cloverbuds is for boys and girls who are not yet old enough to become 4-H members. There are no membership dues required on the state or parish level.

The goal of the project is to help youngsters learn to manage resources, work together in groups, solve problems, make decisions, communicate clearly, understand themselves and others, and apply what they have learned in real life. Meetings are held once monthly and include games, interactive educational programs and connected crafts.

Parent participation is encouraged as there are many fun and exciting things to do! Members may take field trips, participate in community service projects and plan special events.

Below are links to membership cards and enrollment cards to distribute to Cloverbuds.
