2011 State 4-H Citizenship Camp

7th-10th grade 4-H members

Camp Theme: Set Sail on the CITIZENship!!!

The Citizenship Board is excited to showcase a variety of Citizenship programs including: Service Learning, Character Development, Mock Government, Internet Piracy, Technology Awareness, World War 2 Maneuvers. The camp will include service opportunities as well as a scavenger hunt and a real world obstacle course.

Schedule:
The camp schedule kicks off on Friday, May 13, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. and concludes at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 15, 2011. Check-in will be in the Multi-Purpose Building.

Registration Forms, Fees and Deadlines:
Please print out, clip, and mail the registration form available through the link below by April 12, 2011 to: LaSalle LSU AgCenter, P.O. Box 101, Jena, LA 71342

The fee is $70.00 for each camper, $25.00 for each volunteer and $25 for each Citizenship Board, or other State Leadership Board members (as assigned).

A Citizenship Camp T-shirt is provided, however, T-shirts or sizes cannot be guaranteed past April 15, 2011. Substitutes will receive the size originally ordered.
