Our Caladium candidum appears to be just about finished for the year. The bulbs are in a well-drained, raised bed. Should we dig them up or let them stay in the ground over the winter?

You can try leaving them in the ground one winter and see how they do. If they return poorly next year, plant new tubers and dig them in the fall. Click here for more information.
