2014 Awards Luncheon

The Louisiana State University chapter of Gamma Sigma Delta will hold its 2014 Awards Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., April 24, at The Club at LSU Union Square (formerly known as the Faculty Club). Guest speaker will be LSU Chancellor Dr. F. King Alexander.

Cost per person is $25 and includes your choice of  the following entrees:

  • Grilled Pork Tenderloin - Grilled tenderloin medallions with a peach barbecue sauce over wilted greens. Your choice of sweet potato fries, onion rings, seasoned fries, vegetable of the day or starch of the day.
  • Baked Tortellini - Tri-colored tortellini tossed with red onion, Kalamata olives and feta cheese in a pesto cream sauce topped with mozzarella cheese. Your choice of sweet potato fries, onion rings, seasoned fries, vegetable of the day or starch of the day.
  • Fruits de Mer Sliders - Bienville cakes stuffed with shrimp, crab, mushroom and crawfish, pan seared and served on an egg and onion roll with arugula lettuce, heirloom tomato, prosciutto cheese, and Dijon mustard. Your choice of sweet potato fries, onion rings, seasoned fries, vegetable of the day or starch of the day.

All entrees will be served with salad and iced tea. Dessert will be cake.

Please R.S.V.P., with your choice of entrée, by April 20 to Danielle Bayham. Payment may be made by check or through the LSU AgCenter Store.
