Managing others is one of the most important and most demanding tasks that a manager faces. Get it right and you succeed, get it wrong and you are totally lost. Supervisory Hotspots is a 1/2-day training session which reviews core rules for supervisors; address the dreaded attendance/tardiness issue; and clue you in to some of the myths about employee/supervisor rights and responsibilities. By being aware of and understanding these hotspots, you can diffuse them and be a more-effective supervisor.   The training is scheduled for Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 9:00am to 12:30pm and is being offered through distance education.

To register for this training see this link: : http://www.eventbrite.com/event/5899069275

Note: Employees who register for classes should be committed to attending, as space in courses is often limited.
