Speakers for the workshop will be Dr. Brian LeBlanc, associate professor of water quality at the LSU AgCenter’s W. A. Callegari Environmental Center in Baton Rouge, and Tony Beaubouef of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS).
