Researchers converting campus vegetable oil into biofuel

Description:
(Radio News 03/17/08) Vegetable oil used by restaurants on the LSU campus in Baton Rouge will be turned into a valuable product. Dr. Bill Carney, coordinator of the LSU AgCenter’s Callegari Center, will be using 6,000 gallons of vegetable oil from the campus to make biodiesel. (Runtime: 60 seconds)
