Description:
The Lafourche Parish 4-H Sugar and Seafood Contest is our most popular 4-H food preparation contest. Members prepare dishes using two of our main products -- sugar and seafood. They recognize not only the nutritional benefits but the economic importance of sugar and seafood. This year's contest will be held at Galliano Elementary November 1 with registration beginning at 9 a.m. and the contest starting at 10 a.m. Primary Audience:
