| Description: |
Fall Contest Day will consist of Ground Beef Cookery (Divisions: Low-Calorie Dishes; Quick and Easy Dishes and Main Dishes); Sugar Cookery (Divisions: Other Desserts and Baked Items); and Seafood Cookery (Divisions: Shrimp, Crawfish, Oyster, Fish/Non-Traditional and Crab Dishes). General Demonstrations also will be judged. Tests will be given in Bicycle, Electricity, Computer and Food-Nutrition.
Ambassabor Talks will be held in Egg, Poultry, Turkey, Beef and Seafood.
