The Winn Parish Family and Consumer Sciences Advisory Council met on
January 20, 2009 with the FCS agent, Becky Kelley, and discussed program planning for Winn Parish. Members discussed nutrition education concerns, especially childhood obesity, family resource management and family development. The group made various suggestions on how these issues might be addressed through educational programming. The minutes of the meeting and council terms are linked below.
