Louisiana 4-H Scholarship and Scott Truck and Tractor
If you are a 4-H member and a graduating senior, you should complete the 4-H Scholarship form, as there are numerous scholarships available. NOTE DUE DATE TO WINN 4-H OFFICE IS MARCH 7 to allow the scholarship committee time to make their selections, This form will also be used for the Scott Truck and Tractor Scholarship. For more information, contact the 4-H office. Your 4-H leader and guidance counselor will also have a copy if you are unable to download the file. |

Complete the portfolio along with a project book to enter the State Record Book competition and win money and fun trips!! The 4-H Portfolio is used to highlight 4-H experiences and accomplishments from project work throughout the year. It replaces the 4-H Member's Record and contains the year(s) of your 4-H service.
