WBR Teachers Attend Area Leader Training

Eight West Baton Rouge 4-H leaders attended 4-H Area Leader Training, based on the theme, “The Road to Success” on Tuesday, September 25, 2007, at the LSU Mini-Farm, sponsored by the LSU AgCenter. Training classes were taught by state 4-H specialists on LaCharacter for schools, a map to success for first year 4-H leaders, and the Master Volunteer program. This was a fun and educational day for all 108 leaders who participated from area parishes. For information on becoming a 4-H Volunteer, please contact Jennifer Bell at the 4-H office at 336-2416.
