The Association of Louisiana Electric Cooperatives, Inc. (ALEC) will once again this year sponsor two 4-H members and two FFA members to attend the Rural Electric Youth Tour in Washington, D.C. Club members, age 16 years old and older (including 12th graders), can complete an application form and submit the following to me by February 29, 2008.
