The Vernon Parish 4-H Petroleum Power Day was recently held at the West Louisiana Forestry Festival Fairgrounds for 7^th – 12^th graders.  Participants had the opportunity to compete in Tractor Driving, Compact Tractor and Automotives.  Each event includes a parts identification, a driving course and a written test on mechanic, safety and maintenance.
