2009-2010 4-H Award Application
Complete this application if you want to compete for Outstanding 4-H Club Member, where you will be honored at the banquet in May. It's also the form to complete if you want to attend 4-H Camp ( fourth- to sixth-graders) or 4-H LOST Camp (seventh- and eighth-graders) next summer. Just fill out one application and check the appropriate line on the front of the form concerning the activity you are interested in. Completed forms are due at the 4-H Office on Friday, April 16, 2010, by 4:30 p.m.

This edition addresses the White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV). disease seems to affect mostly the medium to large crawfish. This viral disease affects only crustaceans like crawfish and shrimp. Humans are not susceptible to the virus and consumption of infected crawfish does not endanger the health of humans.
